TOOLMAKING

Our toolroom is capable of manufacturing high quality mould tools of any complexity. Highly skilled and experienced staff work closely with mould tool designers, and because our toolroom is run alongside our moulding operation, mould tools can be tested, trialled and approved immediately.

TOOL TESTING AND VALIDATION

Glossbrook offers the specialised combination of a substantial moulding operation and a fully equipped modern toolroom under one roof.
For customers this means we can run T1 & T2 parts quickly, whilst sorting out ‘teething’ issues in new tools.

TOOL REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT

Glossbrook also offers Tool repair and refurbishment, not only on tools we manufacture but also as an additional service to external customers.
