Our
experienced tool designers use the latest CAD
technology to construct computer models of
components and generate detailed mould designs.
Using Delcam’s PowerSuite of CAD/CAM tools, we
can import existing 2D/3D data, build 3D surface/solid models, find cavity/core
split lines and produce computer models for CNC machining.
Using
a concurrent engineering strategy, CNC cutter paths can be calculated and output
to our high speed mills for electrode manufacture or direct core/cavity milling
while our designers are completing detailed mould designs.
